Building A Flywheel: Part 2

We needed to build our flywheel, it wasn't up for negotiation.

Yesterday, I talked about tackling the, "low hanging fruit" and the approach we took in the earlier days at
Factored Quality to help build some momentum in our sales pipeline.

Once we started to see the momentum build in our sales pipeline, deals started to close and our services were being executed (shout out to our absolutely incredible and ruthless, global operations team
Adar Granot Ella(Xiaoye) Li Vishva Somaya Milena Keratsinova Chris Sui, Basic Law Rose Arnigo Sam Felderman). Everything was going up and to the right. Arguably, the majority of teams would be thrilled and celebrate this (and to be fair, we did!), but we knew there was more work to be done (a lot more work) and we kept our heads down.

❓ How could we lean into with what we had in order to generate new opportunities for growth? We knew one of the best routes would be to start generating social proof in order to keep the momentum and build that flywheel we were looking for. But, we needed to execute on it well and execute on it fast.

Internally, we had done a solid job on keeping burn low and our runway long and we knew we wanted to remain lean without sacrificing quality. For the stage we were in as an organization, we simply could not justify building out a content/ social/ growth team when we didn't even have our revenue leader onboarded yet.
